The consultation is free and will afford us the opportunity to assess your needs and determine how we can best assist. Consultations may occur over the phone, via Zoom, through email or via chat/text. 

This service involves the preparation of various documents like Wills (Georgia only), Deeds (Georgia only), Power of Attorney, Demand Letters, Debt Negotiation Letters, IRS Installment Agreement Requests (Form 9465), IRS Offer In Compromise (Form 656), and Magistrate Court Statement of Claim (Georgia only), just to name a few.

Documents are prepared for the client's use and, in most cases, require self-filing or remittance.

Our standard rate is $35/hour, however, certain projects will be performed for a flat fee at a fraction of what law firms charge.

We can assist with the proper completion of various probate court petitions and forms. This service applies to the petitions for Georgia probate courts only.

Once completed, the Client will be given the petition (or form) along with specific instructions on how to properly file it. 

Most of these petitions will be completed for a flat fee at a fraction of what law firms charge.

We can assist with the registration of your Georgia business with the Secretary of State by preparing and filing Articles of Incorporation for your for-profit or non-profit corporation, and Articles of Organization for your LLC.

We charge a flat fee of $250 for the preparation of your Articles. However, please be aware that filing costs, name reservation costs, and publication costs are additional expenses that are paid to 3rd parties and are not included in our flat fee pricing.

We can also assist with the preparation of operating agreements, by-laws, and obtaining Tax ID numbers for the business.
